How It Works

What Is NCR Carbonless?

NCR stands for "No Carbon Required" — a coated paper that transfers impressions from one sheet to the next without the messy carbon paper your grandparents used. Write or type on the top copy, and the copies below get an exact duplicate automatically.

Choose a single-sheet form, or 2- to 5-copy sets for leaving one with the customer, keeping one for your records, and distributing the rest to other parties.

Standard & Custom Sizes

Half letter (5.5×8.5"), letter (8.5×11"), legal (8.5×14"), or custom dimensions — most form templates work across multiple sizes so you can pick what fits your clipboard.

Color Sequencing

Industry-standard color sequences — white top, canary, pink, blue — so you can tell at a glance which copy belongs with which party. Available on 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-part sets.

Finishing Add-Ons
