Four easy steps from file to your door.
Set up your file to the correct size and resolution. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution TIF/JPG. Include all fonts as outlines and set bleed to 0.125" if your design runs to the edge.
Choose your substrate (NCR carbonless or card stock), page size, number of parts, quantity, and any add-ons like perforation or sequential numbering.
Upload your file at checkout or email it to us at artwork@trailprint.ca with your order number. Our prepress team reviews every file before it goes to print.
Preview your design directly in the browser as you build it — what you see is what gets printed. For complex jobs, we can also send a PDF proof or invite you in for a hard-proof review at the front counter. Once you're happy, production takes 2–3 business days (often same-day for online-designed orders), then courier delivery across Canada.

For 2, 3, or 4-part NCR forms, provide a separate PDF page for each part if the parts have different printed content. Most standard forms use the same artwork on all parts.
